Why I Built Frontend Tools

As a frontend developer with over a decade of experience, I’ve worked across countless projects — from small business websites to enterprise dashboards. Over the years, I found myself building or bookmarking dozens of little tools just to get through my daily workflow faster.

Need to generate a CSS gradient? Open one tool. Want a blob shape for a background? Another site. Need a clip-path or shadow effect? Yet another tab. While each of these tools served a purpose, they were scattered, inconsistent, and often overloaded with ads or locked behind paywalls.

That frustration is what led me to create FrontendBaba — a single place for clean, free, and focused frontend tools built specifically for frontend developers.

The Vision

I wanted FrontendBaba to feel like a developer’s sidekick — fast, clutter-free, and genuinely helpful. Every tool here is built with care and performance in mind, offering live previews, export options, and code you can trust.

I also wanted consistency. A shared UI. A smooth experience across all tools. No weird UX, no unnecessary popups. Just simple, focused utilities that solve a single problem well.

Built for the Community

I’m building FrontendBaba in public, based on feedback from real developers like you. Whether it’s adding a new tool, refining a feature, or fixing a bug — the community plays a big role in shaping where this project goes.

If a tool saves you 10 minutes or inspires a design — that’s a win. If it makes learning CSS more visual and fun — even better.

What's Next

I’m just getting started. More tools, smarter features, and tighter workflows are coming. All tools are made to help you design and build faster.

Thanks for visiting. And if you ever have feedback, ideas, or want to say hi — I'm just an email away.
